Their customer service is unacceptable. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them, waiting over an hour each time, but still no resolution. My course was stopped due to payment issues caused by their agent, Daisy, who didn’t provide the correct information about the deposit. Now, she isn't even replying to my emails anymore. Despite this confusion, £49.99 was already deducted from my account, and now the system shows an incorrect payment of £83 instead of £75. LearnDirect only seems to care about you until you enroll. After that, you're left to deal with unresolved issues and poor communication. I had so many plans to continue further courses with them, but after this stressful experience, I’ve had to change my mind. This situation has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
