Downloaded logged in using my Dot details and i don’t exist useless

This app doesn’t allow you to log in, there is an issue on the developers end.

This app is so glitchy and constantly logs out losing the travel hours. With so may L platers in the state I don’t understand why DOT doesn’t make the investment to improve it.

had to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app because it would pop up with errors all the time. just use the book at this point

The app worked for the first few months of using it, then anytime I would try to log a drive it would not let me save because the trips were "shorter than 10 minutes" even when entered correctly. For a government app that is promoted to be a better alternative to the book, you'd think it'd be functional? Knowing this government it most likely will never be fixed. Just stick to the paper book.

I would suggest getting a hard copy of log book instead of this as this app log out automatically all the time so you have to log in again every time, also it doesn’t save the password for quick login. It also have a lot of technical problems like so you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I lost so many hours because I forgot to end the trip so I suggest that they should put reminder notifications Incase you forgot to finish the lesson because it goes on for infinite hours until you manually press end trip in the app.

The single worst app I have ever used. Daughter is now unable to log any driving hours at all. Pop up’s telling you there is a problem, eventually directs you to call a 13 number…. The 13 number is a recorded message telling you that the app is having issues….. NO JOKE! FIX THIS APP!

such an inconvenient app, logging in becomes a problem so many times that i can’t log my current driving lesson! with only 10 hours allowed to log for past trips, this app needs a serious system upgrade.

The app was fine besides the few times where the stopwatch would just pause itself and I wouldn’t know until the end of the journey because I’m driving, however, today the app just stopped working completely. It keeps coming up with these errors saying that I can’t log in because my ‘session has expired’ but none of the troubleshooting solutions work and I can’t call anyone until during the work week which just so happens to be at the same time as the school week so I there’s nobody to contact. I just want to track my hours. Thanks :)

This app is horrendous for how much it needs to be used. It glitches out way to much. It always says expires session and I need to re login or uninstall and then reinstall the app, this however does not solve the issue.
