■ Privacy you can verify
Your .m4a recording file is never stored by Lecsy — it stays on your iPhone, never saved to your account or our servers. For transcription, audio is handled two ways: during Premium AI and Pro cloud transcription, audio is sent over TLS to our speech-to-text provider, transcribed, and not stored by Lecsy; otherwise transcription runs entirely on your iPhone and audio never leaves your device. Transcript text syncs to your account only when you're signed in. Using AI Summary or Exam Mode sends your transcript text (not audio) to our server and to OpenAI's API to generate results; OpenAI does not train on API content. No ads, no trackers, no IDFA. We never sell your data, and our providers do not train on it per their API terms.

Lecsy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Price: $9.99 per month (prices may vary by region; the actual price is shown in the App Store at purchase). A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase the subscription.
