## Lee's Summit Parks and Rec Reviews in United States

### *---- "Nee user"
Downloaded the app as the only way to buy tickets to summit waves but this app doesn’t allow you to actually create an account as a first time user. Poorly designed
-- Listener me, 2026-08-08

### *---- "Cost"
The cost is supposed to be $11 for residents yet I can’t find a way to not be charged the $15.
-- vbprincess, 2026-06-12

### *---- "What does this app even do?"
Can’t set up an account, pay a bill, contact support… Might as well just send out newsletters in the mail. Join the digital age!!!
-- R. E. Vue, 2025-12-27

### **--- "Hmmmm"
It is very difficult to register for classes. Once you select a class, what is the next step?

Also, the scanners at check in struggle scanning a phone.
-- Changes Needed1, 2025-08-04

### *---- "Not very good"
I have spent weeks trying to get the app working appropriately
-- CharFy42, 2025-07-22

### *---- "Awful"
Will not take login information I even reset my password and validated my email. Still not working! Tried to by summit waves tickets online but it’s charging me as a non resident even though I am. I figured I needed to do it through the app but nope bc I can’t log in. This is very irritating and needs to be fixed!!!
-- Nettbabe08, 2025-07-20

### *---- "Log in for Summit waves"
Unbelievable problems logging in to this website
