## Legacy Bank Reviews in United States

### *---- "Slow, delay and laggy"
Literally the worst banking app I’ve ever had, it lags 95% of the time or won’t load, makes me completely log in every single day and the biometric expires at least twice a day. Please fix this app, I love the bank but the app is horrendous.
-- bdogg21486, 2025-08-13

### ***-- "Wont Open since last update."
Been using this app for years now, but as of last update it no longer works for me. Freezes on green loading screen and never progresses.
-- Mister_1234, 2025-06-17

### *---- "Useless"
I will be closing both accounts on Monday.
-- VXjklp, 2025-02-09

### *---- "Log in not saving"
On iPhone and Galaxy both will apps will not save my log in information. each time i open the app i have to reinput my username and passsord and it gets so frustrating having to do this.
-- DanielG173, 2025-02-01

### ****- "Missing the eyeglass feature"
I miss the eyeglass feature. It was such a convenient way to quickly check my account balance without having to log all the way in. 🧐
-- CT8910, 2024-12-06

### **--- "New update loses functionality"
This new update loses so much of the simplicity and functionality that people appreciated
-- ANTHONY71598, 2024-03-21

### ***** "Great App"
Only thing I wish it offered is face recognition login. I love how user friendly it is thank you
-- nana1164, 2024-01-24

### ***** "Excellent"
Great banking app. I’ve never had any real issues and they’re about to update with a lot new features so I’m sure will be even better. Love my bank.
-- DopalK, 2023-08-08

### ***** "Amazing"
I work here so I might be a little bit bias lol, this app is great quality they are consistently trying to make it better. They even are able to connect multiple accounts of yours to the same app. Which is pretty nice you don’t have to have several accounts through the app :)

### ***** "Everything has worked great for me!"
I love the eyeglass feature
