## Legacy Parking Reviews in United States

### *---- "No support"
Can’t come to parking. Paying for monthly parking. And have to pay extra right now. 3 days calling and texting in app. Nobody answering.
Have to make claim in a bank. Return my payment. And use another parking garage.
-- zzz64, 2025-09-12

### **--- "Apparently doesn’t always work"
Downloaded the app to make parking easier. Started the session. Showed everything was fine. Then had a notice on my car for not staring the session, though the app showed it in progress. Then went to see prior sessions in app. Didn’t show up. Unreliable and inefficient.

### *---- "worst app and worst company to ever exist maybe"
this company has to be the most evil large company i’ve ever had the misfortune of having to use. most of the time the app doesn’t work, when it does it doesn’t actually have up to date info, like the fact that the parking lot you typically go to has been completely coned off for a movie studio to move in for production. instead it just loads and loads like it does the rest of the time when it doesn’t work. the parking buildings elevators are always broken, the parking buildings are too cramped with a bunch of spots completely inaccessible because of poles. it’s dirty and it smells bad, and on top of that they have parking lots with minimum payments of 16 dollars which is frankly ridiculous for a 30 minute park. they deserve to burn and i will pray everyday that they do.

### *---- "The App Doesn’t Match the QR Code"
It costs $15.99 to park at 15 Alexander Street in Atlanta for 24 hours. The QR code allows for has an option for +4 hours parking for the same $15.99. Extra hours being for 4 hours totaling 8 hours costs another $15.99. Never again.

### ***** "Amazing Service"
I had an issue with parking and trying to apply a validation code when I arrived. I called the number for support but there was no answer so I sent them a quick email and I was absolutely floored when somebody called me back and then actually showed up to resolve my issue I have never experienced customer service that was that timely and that personalizedfor any place I’ve done business with. The parking manager was fantastic. Solved my issue instantly I’ll be more than happy to park with these guys anytime in the future this is a company that I highly recommend.
-- mfcoburn, 2024-02-22

### *---- "Scam"
It’s a scammer organization, they will try to rob you in broad daylight. It took me 3 days to overcome their cynical narrative in the emails for charging me for a service I never used. Be careful!
-- DonMatteo420, 2023-09-26

### ***** "Great Experience"
Simple parking experience when I was in Atlanta last week. Thank you.
-- JSParksHere11111, 2023-05-16

### *---- "Lack of Communication"
I can’t get through any operator.. my timer for parking is counting and I’m not even parked there at the moment.
-- Checho773, 2023-03-06

### *---- "Auto Renew never auto"
The Auto renew for monthly pass is never working.

It will auto disable when you enable it !

And due to that it will charge you every time you went into garage !

This is overcharging I will report to Better Business Bureau
-- 突突吐吐图图, 2022-10-02

### ***** "Issues with data connection"
The issue with this app is that you can get stuck in the parking garage when it fails to connect the data signals
