## Legacy View Description
Legacy View makes setting up and monitoring your Chandler Systems water treatment system easier than ever! This App covers systems sold under Chandler Systems' three brands (CSI, Clearion and WaterSoft) that use the Legacy View Valve. When used with a Legacy View Valve the user, through the app, can do the following functions:

- Conveniently view all valve settings and status.
- Easily change valve settings.
- View current water usage information.
- Graphically view water usage information.
- Start a regeneration or backwash cycle from your phone or tablet.
- Set / view the servicing water treatment dealer information.
- Better understand how your system is working and understand what settings are for.
- Connect to all of your valves in your system from one tablet or phone.
- Update firmware on Bluetooth LE valves
- Manage your connection to your valves.

Note: This app is only compatible with Chandler Systems valves that have a revision number greater or equal to “C2.00”. These valves use Bluetooth 4.0+ (a.k.a. Bluetooth LE) to communicate and require smartphones or tablets to also have Bluetooth LE to use the features in this app. All recently manufactured Apple devices are Bluetooth LE compatible. Check your device specifications if you are unsure of it's compatibility.

(The firmware revision of the valve can be viewed on the valve display for 2 seconds after the valve is powered up.)

## Legacy View Reviews in United States

### *---- "2-3 years in and eh"
Probably got sold and over paid
-- O-B-C, 2025-01-28

### ***** "Works Like a Charm!"
This is such an improvement over old softener timer! The real time data is awesome. Only enhancement I would like is an option to select Potassium chloride or Sodium Chloride. I currently use 1.2 times hardness to make up the difference between the effectiveness of the two choices.
-- TheJamZero, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Connectivity to app"
Impossible to stay connected to Bluetooth on app. Needs to be fixed or rebuilt
-- Bad app connectivity, 2024-12-14

### ***** "Great System"
Works well, and a great tool to have!
-- Aduquette100, 2024-11-11

### **--- "Connection issues"
App randomly drop BT connection to the head unit.
-- SunSurfer5, 2024-08-25

### ***-- "Provide manuals"
Provide manuals in app
-- not a comp sci major, 2024-05-29

### ***-- "WiFi with notifications"
Apps is ok. Would be better if it was WiFi connected so can use app outside of home and notifications about low salt, etc would be great.
-- Thisisstupid000, 2024-05-14

### *---- "App"
Can’t put system in idle or turn off and out plumber has no idea how to use
-- Cabinuser1111, 2024-04-06

### ****- "Legacy"
Great app when it stays connected.
-- Shooter159, 2024-02-12

### ****- "Useful and informative"
Installed water softener and whole home filter. The information this app provides is useful and helps not only in set up but allows good control of the system.
