I tried creating an account several times, but my phone kept hanging and getting completely stuck. -- Siruma999, 2026-09-02 ### *---- "Very bad" Wrong promotion -- farook graphics, 2026-09-01 ### *---- "Very bad experience" The service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend this rental car company to anyone. Very unhappy with the overall experience. -- Bilal😇, 2026-08-30 ### *---- "Bad Service / Scam" Don’t use this company. They’re literally scamming people. After you pay, they will say that the car is not available. -- Hegeheydl, 2026-08-23 ### *---- "⚠️ BIG SCAM! Drivers beware! Blocked my number & stole my 103.25 AED" WARNING TO ALL DRIVERS! DO NOT TRUST THIS APP! Here is my horrific experience with these fraudsters: 1. TARGETING DRIVERS: If your occupation is 'Driver', never ever try this app. They will take your money and cancel your booking instantly. 2. THE SCAM: I booked a car on June 12th and paid the full amount. Within just 30 minutes, they automatically canceled my booking citing my "occupation". 3. RETAINING FUNDS ILLEGALLY: Today is July 5th. It has been more than 22 days and I still haven't received my refund! This was NOT a security deposit; I paid the rental amount, and since they failed to provide the service, they should have refunded it on the spot. 4. LAME EXCUSES: When asked, they simply say "Company Policy/Terms & Conditions". But when I ask them to send the official policy document, they have no answer. 5. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT: I tried contacting them via 3-4 different phone numbers and WhatsApp. No one gave a proper answer. Instead of resolving the issue, they UNPROFESSIONALLY BLOCKED ME from their official number! 6. THE BLAME GAME: Now they are making excuses saying "we forwarded it to the accounts team, what can we do?". This app is a pure scam and fraud. They trap your money and block you. Save your hard-earned money and stay away from this trap! I am filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Authorities. -- Midnight_Aura90, 2026-07-04 ### ***-- "App not working" App not working since 3 days -- Ajmal240, 2026-06-04 ### ***** "Booking" Booking to renting the vehicle was hassle free with the app. Highly recommend Legend rent a car. -- bsh1234, 2026-05-09 ### ***** "Best Deposit-Free Car Rental App in UAE" Smooth and easy car rental experience in Dubai. Great prices, fast booking, clean cars, and very professional support. One of the best deposit-free car rental apps in the UAE. Highly recommended for daily, weekly, and monthly car rental -- TamerKhalil, 2026-05-09 ### ***** "Excellent car rental app from Legend Rent a Car." The app is easy to use and gives good options for daily, weekly, and monthly car rental. I liked the available offers, especially for customers looking for affordable rental deals in Dubai. They also have flexible leasing plans, which is useful for people who need a car for a longer period without buying one. The booking process is simple, and the car options are clear. Good choice for monthly car rental, special offers, and long term leasing plans. -- RanjithBajpe, 2026-05-09 [View all Legend Car Rental reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Legend Car Rental Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Arab Emirates | Travel | #72 | ## Legend Car Rental Available In - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/united-arab-emirates) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/india) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/philippines) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/united-states) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/finland) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/greece) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/hungary) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/jamaica) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/jordan) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/kazakhstan) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/sri-lanka) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/malta) - [Oman](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/oman) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/saudi-arabia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/thailand) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/uzbekistan) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/south-africa) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/brazil) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/legend-car-rental-RfBz/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
