I only heard it once, at the first time I used the app but didn't hear any other time. There is no issue with my device(s), the problem is on the app. Irrelevant to the developer's response, the problem I've found on my own: It is weird but it get fixed when I give Media & Apple music access permission Mindstorm. I don't know why it is not using only Sound access permission and why I was not prompted to do so.
