The LEGO® Super Mario™ app is the official companion app for the ever-expanding range of LEGO® Super Mario™ building sets. The app enhances the creative experience for builders with digital instructions, tips for different ways to rebuild levels and play, and other inspiring features.

• Establish a Bluetooth® connection between the app and brick-built LEGO® Mario™, LEGO® Luigi™ and/or LEGO® Peach™ figures.

I got Lego Mario in 2020 for my son and he loved it! But when he got his second set, everything went downhill. His set had over 10 missing pieces. This got him really mad and stopped building it for 2 years. So we tried Bluetooth connection and to this day, our Lego Mario is still broken. You can still turn it off, but when you turn it back on, it reveals Mario with this creepy smile you can’t get rid of. Please fix this, Mario is such a great theme, but it has many problems.

I got lego mario and tried to pair it with the app but when i accidentally stopped the download mario got stuck with a bluetooth logo in front of a phone （on the mini screen） and now its stuck on it and whenever i restart it nothing changes. I can still update it but the bar never moves. I literally cannot do anything with him. Do you know how to fix this?

### ****- "Bluetooth Connection is Defective"
While trying to pair Mario with the App, pushing the Bluetooth button makes Mario appear in the list. Then after selecting it and pressing Start, the App seems to process something, fails somehow as it returns to the App Home Screen. Mario is stuck with three full dots and needs to be restarted. Quite disappointing. I was also prompted for a firmware update at some point with an unreadable message that was asking to disable Bluetooth for 5 seconds.

Edit: Samuel: Thanks for getting back to me! So what fixed the Bluetooth issues for me was a proper phone restart, no amount of BT Off/On did. After that everything was fine. Kids are having fun! Updating review accordingly.

This app is needed for instructions of sets (and other really cool extras) yet we get through one pack of the Desert Pokey and it won’t continue on, just boots back to the main scene. Also a HUGE app, taking up most space on our iPad. Not a great experience when there’s no other way.

My son and I are super disappointed. He got the Super Mario LEGO sets for Christmas and cannot build them or use them at all because this app keeps crashing everytime we try to use it. We have resintalled several times and no improvement. Not a good Christmas for him :(

Happily using this app up until today when suddenly it crashes. Manage to log in and then the app shuts itself down. Unusable. Disappointing. I deleted it and then reinstalled it. Still no luck. Weird for two of the biggest power house companies in the world to develop such a luck lustre product.
