Jeg havde forventet mere! Hvorfor kan jeg ikke blot genbestille mine årskort direkte i app’en med en knap på det kort der er udløbet? I stedet for at skulle tage et billede af kortet eller skrive de 16 unikke numre ned, for så igennem en integreret browser at taste dem ind søge efter mit kort, for så at finde ud af at man under bestilling ikke kan se om man skal taste nr ind for voksen eller børne kort (når man bestiller flere). Dette skal gøres for alle genbestillinger. Det kan i gør bedre! Når alt dette så er gennemført og man har været frem og tilbage og skrevet de 16 tal ind op til flere gange. Så kommer billetterne gud hjælpe mig ikke engang ind i app’en! Så skal man finde ordre nr frem og taste det ind for at billetterne kommer ind i appen, selvom de lige er købt via appen?! Det er en ommer!
