Leider stimmt hier gar nichts Angezeigte Wartezeit Dschungel X-Pedition: 5min Tatsächliche Wartezeit: 30 min, Während der wartezeit hat sich in der app auch nix geändert, auch wenn die schlange gleich lang blieb. Schade, damit hat die App für mich keinen Mehrwert. Es wäre vmtl schon technisch möglich, die Realwartezeit zumindest annähernd anzugeben 😉 -- Memobert, 2023-10-13 ### ***-- "Lego App" Zum sehen wo die Attraktionen sind super aber es stand zum Beispiel Wartezeit 60 Minuten und wir standen 13 Minuten Oder es stand 35 Minuten und wir standen über eine Stunde -- dsaqwerrzuhfdgcxj, 2023-07-20 ### ***-- "Wartezeiten stimmen absolut nicht" Die Wartezeiten haben nie, auch nur ansatzweise, gestimmt. Statt angegeben 10 Minuten, haben wir zum Teil 40 Minuten gewartet. Bei einer Achterbahn haben wir dann andere Leute gefragt, damit wir nicht länger als die angegebenen 50 Minuten warten, erstaunlicherweise waren es da ca. 20 Minuten. Auch gegen Abend, als die Schlangen deutlich kürzer waren, wurden die Zeiten nicht aktualisiert. Also für eine Zeitplanung sinnlos, sonst ok. -- Piranja8890, 2023-04-14 ### *---- "Zweck nicht erfüllt" Die beste Möglichkeit die endlosen Wartezeiten angezeigt zu bekommen sei angeblich diese App… selten so eine schlechte Ausführung gesehen. Macht nicht was es soll… grundsätzlich einfach 2-3-fache Zeit annehmen die angezeigt wird (generell unglaublich schlecht organisiert, bitte das Personal einfach mal auf dem Rummel oder dem Oktoberfest zuschauen lassen wie man Leute rein und rausnimmt aus solchen Fahrgeschäften..). Keine Möglichkeit zu filtern, nach Alter oder Größe oder eben den Wartezeiten… die App wird gleich später wieder entsorgt… absolut schlechte Customer experience!! -- 99Spitzname, 2023-04-14 ### ***-- "Manche Fahrgeschäfte leider noch geschlossen" Manchen Fahrgeschäfte leider noch geschlossen. Leider dürfen keine Hunde mit in den Park. Diese sollen in dunklen Boxen gaaanz weit hinter dem Park eingeschlossen werden. Boxen sind sehr klein und auch schon älter, sehr dunkel dort. Beim Tickets buchen gehen Email und Telefonnummer an Facebook. Da das technisch nicht nötigwendig ist, verstößt es gegen das TTDSG. Nur weil ihr darauf Aufmerksam macht ist das doch nicht richtig. Es ist unfair den gegen über die ihre Daten nicht Facebook geben möchten. Schämt euch. In der App werden beim Start Google Adressen zum Logging benutzt. Ist so technisch auch nicht nötigwendig. Und wenn man es braucht, gibt es Datenschutz Alternativen. Wir hatten einen tollen Tag. Was aber wirklich nervt, ist die ständige Dauerbeschallung an allen Ecken im Park. Das ist absolut unnötig und nervt richtig. Die Kinder drehen auch komplett durch mit der ständigen Dröhnung. Könnte man drauf verzichten.
