Model Citizen
Model Citizen Lenore is the best. She seems to be a jack of all trade. Today, she was directing cars in the parking lot. Other days she is was patrolling the park. Lenore always asks how we’re doing. Such a friendly model citizen.

This Lego Land has to many buying stuff
Most of the app was useful but the reported wait times were completely inaccurate. We waited 60 min for a ride that showed as 25 min and 0 min for a ride that showed as 65 min. This was really disappointing because the park was packed and it would have been really helpful to know the actual wait times of rides. I wonder if it just shows the average wait time instead of real-time data.
Shows 5 min wait time takes 35min
The best benefit of this app for us would have been wait times, but every wait time was off by at least 20 minutes, some longer some shorter….made it hard to take advantage of shorter wait times. I did like that it gave upcoming show times around the park but never did find where to see what was playing in the 4D theater or what times the shows there would start.
The park itself is clean and yes this includes the bathrooms! Everyone is so nice! Neymarie went above and beyond to make sure my boys had the best experience! Thank you so much!
The application works quite well, could have some features like including the food ordering instead of a separate site. The only poor feature are the waiting times (that could be one of the most important options) because they are not quite accurate but again still useful app
Met family (daughters and grandchildren) at Legoland .. Everyone enjoyed themselves - park is small enough to walk to the back to the front and back again - to go on more fun rides . Enough rides to keep us all happy Only negative food - both choices and prices were not nearly as family friendly and accessible as the rest of the park. Park should be very beautiful when the landscaping matures.
I love the Catskills Mountains but I wouldn’t build a theme park on it. The hills going through Miniland are a lot; though the mini cities are a marvel, sometimes you just want to go to the rides (excuse me, my kids want to go to the rides). There is no fast way down (with a stroller); I actually seen people going off-road…downhill. I took the stroller downhill too (after meandering through the Lego cities); my kids enjoyed the off roading. The park has NO apple juice…bring your own. The only apple juice we found was at the coffee shop (which is up the hill). And once you go down the hill, the only time your going back up is to exit. The dining hall in the middle of the park, only has…Pizza and pasta; that’s right, no fries, no burgers, no dogs, no tenders…and no apple juice. My kids are 3 and 5, they need their apple juice; they don’t drink soda and lemon aid…so we settled for…ice cream. Not even the hot dog vender had fries. I was told if I wanted fries, I had to go to the 2 opposite sides of the theme park. We stayed the night…the themed rooms were cool, my kids love the bunk bed area. However, the walls are extremely thin…we went to bed with the kids at 8:40. We heard everyone on our floor, go into their rooms, walk (and run) down the hall, talk, laugh, and ice cooler wheels (maybe they bought their own apple juice…but how did they make it back up the hill?). Overall, we enjoyed the park. You MUST get the Reserve & Ride…that’s the only way to enjoy; don’t be cheap. If not, you will be waiting in a long hot line, watching my family skip up, get on, enjoy, then skip to the next ride (while you still wait). We really enjoyed the resort pool at the hotel, but no fries or apple juice! I had to towel off and get both from inside at the bar. The pool had no wait service; so we (I) had to shelp our food back to our chairs…I’m not a octopus so I had to make 2 trips (not including the trip to the bar for fries and apple juice). Oh, I forgot to mention that they welcomed us with nice apple juice boxes in our hotel room…so they DO know kids drink apple juice. I have so much more to say but my thumb is tired.
This place was incredible. Food and toys and stuff were reasonably priced(for where this was). I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking. $30 a day seems crazy to me- at least for me who already spent so much money on the hotel/Lego land package
