Just leaving Legoland after a fun packed 2 days! There’s plenty to do and lots of varied activities. Pirate room was excellent. The only thing I would mention is what seems like a lack of leadership for the staff, they are all helpful but some don’t seem to have much go in them. Other than that I would recommend. Thank you Legoland 😊.
A brilliant first visit to Legoland. We managed to get round most of the park as it was fairly quiet. The children (and adults) loved it. Clare from the pizza and pasta restaurant was especially great - really friendly and helpful.
So much fun that we wish we never had to leave! Wooooooooooo!
Legoland resort is well run and staffed. Receptionist are extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The theme park is well run, good faculties. Pool area is lovely, family friendly and fun although small. The only thing that we had a problem with was the Bricks Restaurant. For our first evening meal (and last!!) at the hotel we were left for 15 minutes waiting, with no drinks order even taken. It wasn’t even that busy. Then our meals arrived and they were basic and small. Not what you’d expect to pay for the price! I had the halloumi salad. I’m not sure what cheese that was, but it wasn’t halloumi! My children had the chicken dinner, which was okay. My partner had the tacos, which were below standard for even a cafe. Staff had to be directed by a manager (if present) to do even the basic of tasks. We waited 5 minutes after our food arrived for cutlery. The server even slid a cutlery bin which hit an area wall while we were eating. Made us all jump! They were out of most drink items and the entire beer pump was empty! Our dessert was nice - but we’d had enough of having to ask for every basic thing by then. I ended up drinking tap water! For two adults and two children it cost nearly £100 - we only had two courses and one alcoholic drink! We had to return in the morning for breakfast, but we’re left disappointed. My vegetarian cooked breakfast was put in front of me with the words “there’s no vegetarian sausages, is that okay?”, then we were left with no cutlery again, no spoon for my child’s yogurt, no milk for our tea, or milk for her breakfast. We had to re-ask for everything. Difficult to describe such an odd service! Very frustrating. We cancelled our booking and re-booked at the Castle Tavern for the following day. Such a shame to take the shine off such a fun experience!!
Good but bad
Only thing not all the estimated times for rides are that acrate
We have had an amazing fun day but there wasn’t enough rides for under 90cms compared to other places we have been. Will revisit when our youngest is over a metre.
We had a fantastic family visit to LegoLand Windsor during Brick or Treat and would definitely return!
Literally everything is Lego, the food is lovely( mostly) and the attractions are so good including the brand new mythica rides and area. Do bring Punic as it is so much quicker and easier. Great for kids and I love it. All merlin parks are amazing
We had a great day at Legoland. All the staff were super helpful. Our daughter had an accident where she hurt her head quite badly and staff were amazing at helping and comforting our other children, who were upset by the incident. Can’t wait to come back for another trip!
