The advance of 18k they took is stuvk which they said they would refund but now yhey stopped responding. -- Nj1234q, 2026-09-17 ### *---- "Not working on ios at all" Not working on ios since a month -- Siddharth.k.Sharma, 2026-07-19 ### *---- "Bad experience" They promised me within 1-5 days they will start sharing me profiles and complete refund if they are not able to find suitable nanny but once money was deducted they couldn’t even share a single profile for many days. After that when u started asking for accountability few dummy profiles were shared, one of which I finalised but nanny didn’t come, the interview with nanny was just to keep me quiet. After few more days I asked for refund, legup stopped picking my calls, after following up for few days they sent a mail giving me partial refund, but the Legup guy I spoke with never picked my calls, he is reading messages but not responding -- दतरचना, 2026-06-25 ### *---- "App not working" App doesn’t open and get stuck on first screen -- Yatharth s, 2026-05-30 ### *---- "App doesn’t open" I downloaded the app from AppStore and it didn’t open beyond the logo page ! -- Supreethihg, 2026-03-05 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" The app gets stuck at the initial screen… for both iOS and Android… Such a useless app. -- $iLenT_KilLeR_354, 2026-02-19 ### ***** "Good" The services provided are excellent.
