LeiP is a growth and development platform designed to support individuals, teams, and communities on their journey of learning and improvement. We provide our services through companies, consultants, and coaches (we call them Guides) who then customize the app experience for their employees and clients  Our app combines multiple assessments together to provide unique insights for the individual while giving them ways to engage with relevant content in group chats to make the learning process peer based. LeiP makes it easy for the individual to track progress, stay engaged, and keep moving forward while providing access to the Guides to the progress activities to support the individual on their journey.
