Emadi Appraiser makes it easy for Lenders to submit, manage, and track property appraisal jobs from a single mobile platform. The app provides a streamlined workflow for Lenders to create detailed job requests, attach documents or photos, and send them directly to Appraisers for evaluation.

Once submitted, Lenders can monitor the status of each appraisal through every stage—from initiation to completion—with real-time updates and visibility into Appraiser activity. Lenders can also securely make payments within the app to confirm job assignments and keep track of all financial transactions.

Each job includes access to submitted documents, images, and notes from the Appraiser, making it easy to review the completed work. Lenders can manage their job history, filter by status (Active, Completed, Cancelled), and download transaction summaries when needed.
