Read many bad reviews about this app but was skeptical about it. After using it for a few days, I am now totally agreeable that this app is the worse ever! I uploaded my receipts with large spending and it was repeatedly rejected due to "invalid transaction date". Reason for rejection is because the transaction date printed on the receipt says "xx/xx/24" instead of "xx/xx/2024". Come on, it is an official receipt, I cannot possibly request the company to issue me a special receipt with your desired date format, right? Also, submitted a contact/feedback using the function within the app twice and both seems to went into blackhole. Have not heard back until now. What an experience!

I don’t usually write scathing reviews but this app is so bad, I had to leave one. I don’t even know why they bother to continue using it. I could not register as a new member as I never received a single OTP even after several attempts to register. I went to check the reviews and found the email to send an enquiry. The follow-up from the support team is abysmal! They asked for my mobile number and DOB for verification purposes, which I did send, then they replied and asked for my phone bill of the mobile number I wish to register…why is that even needed? I have never had any problems with other mall apps. This is my first time encountering such incompetence smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ Would have given a 0 star rating but I can’t because 1 star is the minimum requirement in order for me to leave a review

I got to use a lot of things which other apps make it very difficult, have been a member for long time, and they’ve improved over the years

I cannot even get into the app. How to upload the receipts?

Use new phone with the new reset password. The password is correct, but I still can’t login. Try few times. Hmm got voucher and point inside. This is too ridiculous

Used a referral code with promised perks but it was not delivered. Understand if promotions have limited timeframe but to allow a successful registration with no referral perks at all is borderline lie.

Signed up using my friend’s code, friend received $20 voucher but I didn’t. Friends signed up using my referral code, they received $20 voucher but nothing was credited to my app as well. Wrote in via enquiry form but till date, no one has gotten back to me.

The app didn’t give me the referral e voucher and I wrote in to their support email. They didn’t even bother to reply me. Cheat me of my $20 referral e voucher

1) Used the referral code but no vouchers. Wasted my time to download this app 2) App says to update information. Updated my birthday, gender and postal code but can’t even click the “save changes” button??? 3) wanted to add IU and vehicle number but alas, “save changes” button ALSO does not work? If this app cannot even allow anyone to do anything then what’s the purpose of this app?
