I don’t care for the interest rate but they can’t do anything about that. If they can’t help us at the time they will call and let us know. Always very friendly. They do get busy and have been short on help so maybe they forgot to call the customer that complained back but they are only human and make mistakes. They have always did their best to help us if possible but they do have rules that they have to follow. This review is for the Gadsden Alabama location. We have had no experience with any of the other locations.
