Hello, I had a trial of your app lens which I had for 3 days for free but I paid a year's subscription but I did not want to pay it but I wanted to cancel it but it was a day drive than I thought through apple it was not possible and they did not refund my money so I will try through you I was waiting for their answer otherwise I would have written to you right away. But I don't want to use the app, not that it's bad, but I don't have a current use for it, so I'll ask for a refund, thank you. Alternatively, where should I contact you?  I tried to write to the support email but it didn't send.
