Pathethic customer support
I am using lenskart from years but never ever felt this cheated, order number 1269901058 , firstly thé order was supposed to be delivered on 10th i was suppose to attend a wedding and i was waiting for my lenses at the end when i call them they stated it will be delivered on 13th again on 13th only 4items were delivered itstead i ordered for 7items, when I contacted customer support they said remaining order will be delivered on 15th, i was waiting when i checked order status it say’s delivered received whatsapp notification as delivered but order received again when i called today the agent said the order has been cancelled internally due to technical issue order cant be fullfilled no compensation nothing, are you kidding i was was waiting for my remaining lenses and solution where is it? Worst customer service experience.

Worst customer service
Even have a gold membership for one year. Still they just tries delivery in different district than ordered and returns products saying address not found. Don’t even have the courtesy to call. And that was the first order made from them. The customer follow up support is the worst. Uninstalling the app and never will order from here again.
Absolutely useless app
Won't let me log in. Then, when I use the Contact Us chat feature, it demands I log in with an OTP that it never sends and refuses - due to no log in - to connect me to anyone. Absolute rubbish; both the app and the customer service.
