A female sales assistant who assisted me was extremely rude, invalidating my point when I pointed out the defects of the frame. Only for her to say, changing to a new frame will eventually still get scratch as the spectacle frame coating is like that. The fact that I bought spectacles from Lenskart expecting to receive a good quality one that will last way more than 1 week is the only reason why I bought from Lenskart. How would the sales assistant feel if she spend $380 just to receive a specs that has multiple defects on it? Has she ever thought of that before making that comment? Apparently not. On top of how disappointed I am of the quality, the bad service that I have received has negatively affected my impression of Lenskart. Upon receiving my eyeglasses last week, I immediately noticed a problem with blurred and uncomfortable vision. In seeking clarification from the staff on the same day, it was surprising to learn that the axis of the lenses was incorrectly set at 24 instead of the prescribed 85. Despite my earlier request for thorough checking during the collection of the lens and frame, the staff assured me that everything was in order. This discrepancy was only discovered after a subsequent visit yesterday. The core of my dissatisfaction lies in the apparent lack of experience among Lenskart's technicians and staff, leading to technical errors in lens prescriptions. As a concerned customer, I believe it is imperative for the senior management of Lenskart to take swift and necessary actions to address this issue.
