I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase at your City Center Zahia branch. I had ordered a pair of eyeglasses for my son, as he has been experiencing some issues with his eyes. Prior to making the purchase, the salesperson assured me that the glasses would be ready within two days.
However, since then, I have been facing significant difficulties with the fulfillment of this commitment. Despite multiple attempts to contact your store, the staff seems uninterested in resolving the matter and has not provided me with any updates regarding the status of my order.
I must emphasize my disappointment in the level of service I have received so far, as it falls far below my expectations. Given the nature of my son's situation and the urgency of the matter, I had hoped for a more efficient and reliable experience.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and resolve the situation at the earliest convenience. I trust that you will take appropriate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such instances do not occur in the future.

Very bad experience
I had placed an order from lenskart india and the order i received was not as of expected. I placed order after confirming N number of times and with the help of a representative. And the worst thing is that, when i tried to reach the customer support, the representatives are trying to get rid of the chat and they say , will transfer chat to right person and then another sales guy will join and this process continues. I had paid a good amount and then now its all a waste.
Filters not working
App is working fine but the filter options, sorting and frame selection options at the bottom is not clickable and not working, please look into it.

Lenskart is not trust worthy
I ordered a pair of spectacles on 2023 June 11th in india and the company assured to deliver the item on 19th June 2023. But on 19 the delivery date was displayed as 26th June 2023. I approached the store and informed I’m traveling to UAE on 25th. They said they can arrange international delivery too. After that they promised to deliver the same to UAE. And the app was showing the estimated delivery date as 2023 July 10. But on July 9th the message displayed in app as the item delivered in store. I need to contact the store in india and I came to know that the eyeglass were delivered in that store. And they were ultimately helpless on what further they can do. I contacted my relatives to collect the glasses from store and courier to me from India to UAE.
After laying the cash, Waiting to get a pair of eyeglasses for one month is worthy?
And after one month they are not delivering the item to the agreed delivery point.
The stores manager told in such scenarios the company may give a gift voucher if the glasses cannot be delivered on time. And I asked what’s that voucher. He said the voucher is that we can purchase the glasses in one year of time from Lenskart for the amount we paid. I asked how can he call this as gift voucher? They are not giving it free. They give the voucher after we pays and they says it as gift voucher?
Really bad handling and poor customer care. The managers and all the officers I contacted related to this issue were helpless.
