Appen har på många sätt varit en grym ledsagare när jag tog ett omtag runt min livsstil. Kul är att tidigare träningspass finns kvar etc för att kunna följa sin resa!

Ett minus är att tidigare recept försvinner vid uppdaterad mealplan. Ett annat att jag loggats ut återkommande. Och stort minus för att hela appen verkar ha kraschat nu (14 dec). 😔

Tyvärr, appen är inte bra. Positivt är dock att den visar övningar och moment. Men irriterande att det är tid inte antal, att man hela tiden måste ha övningen igång för att göra passet. Svetten rinner, att då hålla på med en mobil? 
Nej, ner med den i väskan.  3x 15 Kettelbellsving,eller 3x30 sekunder, samma sak.
