## LetPot Reviews in United States

### **--- "Disappointing"
I finally got the app to load but continue to have connection issues. My seed starting system says it’s online but App just keeps circling and won’t connect. Support on LetPot website tells me to contact support through the App…. But the App won’t let me! 🤦🏻‍♀️
-- RNHfope, 2026-06-22

### *---- "Can't connect to server"
App isn't working. It says can't connect to server.
-- ChelseyReviews, 2026-06-21

### *---- "Privacy Issue"
This app bypassed security settings and automatically granted private access to view the entirety of iPhone’s photo library, it does not allow you to remove or revoke access in the app settings or iPhone security settings
-- Lillian Robertson, 2026-06-08

### ***** "Green thumb guarantee"
I love my little LetPot! I didn't think I was going to enjoy it as much as I have (it was a gift), but it has been such a joy watching the growth and being able to share my harvests with family and neighbors!
-- CassMarieP, 2026-04-04

### ***** "Love my Letpot!"
LetPots app and system is overall super easy to understand, even for beginners. Its super satisfying to see the progress ive made in such little time :) Im enjoying growing a variety of plants and my veggies are thriving!! I 10/10 recommend!
-- hailey cuozzi, 2026-03-04

### ***** "Amazing companion app"
Amazing companion app for your indoor garden.

Only wish I’d that I could select multiple species and have it give me a best range for the settings. And that it would allow me to track the species in each cell.
-- Lukejv, 2026-02-22

### ****- "Bug in App"
Overall the app works well and I enjoy using it, but I’ve discovered a few bugs. The one that is currently driving me crazy is every time I disable the temperature alert for my EC meter it reenables itself after a minute or so.
-- ShaTxB1234, 2026-02-21

### *---- "Junk"
Don’t buy their products until they get the app fixed. There are too many problems to list. The seed starter is excellent but the app is useless. I’ve had problems with this company before and their engineers contacted me personally. We worked out the problems on that product, I’ll help here too, if they contacted me.

### ***** "Best way to grow!"
This setup is easy to use, has great connectivity and takes a lot of the work that traditional gardening requires, away. My sister in law ended up getting this gifted for Christmas from my brother because I told him how great it is. The WiFi notifications are on time, the app is easy to control the timing. I’m happy that it tells you the correct amount of time needed for the plants, automatically controls the pump for circulation and the lighting daily. There’s very little that I need to do, filling the water with the correct fertilizer is made easy and these plants are growing like no other plant I’ve grown before!! I’m going to be purchasing larger units to grow more!!! I would recommend this to anyone!!!
-- nelso2rm, 2026-01-04

### ***** "Great product. Good app"
Day 2 growing! App works great.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, app works, no subscriptions
-- outcoldman, 2025-10-07

### ***** "Planter"
Very easy to build and easy instructions plus I love how you can control everything from the app
-- Beamerracer3, 2025-10-06

### ****- "Junk"
Just letting you know this product is an embarrassment and disgrace to the Chinese people. You should be ashamed of selling junk.

Does not fill automatically unless rebooted.

Nutrient pump does not work.

App for automatic operation is useless.

Instructions were written by first year English failed student.

As of this writing AI Wiki Server is unavailable!

Will never buy from LetPot again. undefined undefined

### ***** "Love my auto watering drip system"
Scheduling my waterings is super easy! There’s a lot of control with watering settings, duration, intermittent watering. The setup was simple and quick. Saves me a lot of time now that I only have to fill my reservoir every few days, forget about everything until I get my low water notice, instead of manually watering multiple times a day everyday. Great purchase, would highly recommend!
-- Aw564211, 2025-07-08

### ****- "Overall a good app however there are issues"
I think the best feature about the app is the built-in wiki for a large variety of plants. It allows for easy information look-ups and just general knowledge about plants.

In terms of the issues, there are a few minor ones such as typos and some of the directions are a little vague on the physical device. Connecting to the LetPot was also a huge pain. I forgot exactly why it was such a trouble to connect to the device but I just know that it was definitely annoying.

Overall its a great device and a great app but could definitely use some improvements.
-- LincHoff, 2025-06-18

### ***** "Works great!"
I haven’t had any issues with the machine. I read the directions carefully, set it up, fired it up and have had no issues so far. My wifi connected to it perfectly but did drop the signal once. I ended up resetting my router and it auto connected itself after that. This is my first time using an indoor grow bed and my oregano is sprouting right on time! I’m so excited. It’s nice to be able to just tap the app and see the progress, change light times, and set timers. Love it. Highly recommend.

### *---- "Doesn’t work properly — massive bugs"
No matter how many times I reset, reconnect the network, move devices closer to each other, or etc, the app + device will not work properly together.

I can start the pump with the app but that’s it. The device will not sync with the app properly and I can’t set any schedules. All the schedules have been configured in the app, but no matter what I do, the device will not start watering at the given times.

The whole point of this app + device was to have a an automated watering system. If I can’t do anything but power the pump on and off manually, then this app + device are pointless.
-- Blaqkie, 2025-05-11

### **--- "App not great, machine works nice though"
Sadly, my app just doesn't work like it should. I can't make any adjustments to the LetPot from my app. Every time I try, I get a message saying "go to the let pot panel to make this adjustment" or something like that. So my question is what the point in having an app?
-- NoThanxu, 2025-03-11

### *---- "Sync"
This not a review, just a question. Can this app link to two devices? It’s on my iPad but I would like it on my phone. If it can link, how do I do it?
-- EEK511, 2025-01-25

### ***** "Great Pot"
I have a black thumb, this machine helps me grow plants. It’s fun watching them grow and mature. Very cool device.
-- MissyRL, 2025-01-21

### *---- "Deleted my notes"
Latest jan 3rd update deleted all my plant notes. Wish I never trusted a app with such a simple request to not delete my notes. Wont be ordering letpot ever again
