The user experience is abysmal; despite confirming the order has been ready for 30

mins with the restaurant via a call, the driver seems to be in no hurry! The tracking feature is practically useless, leaving you clueless about your food's location. This, coupled with a ridiculous delivery fee, is truly unacceptable.

App is poorly designed (we were unable to register a payment card the first time we tried to use it) and choice of restaurants is limited as compared with other local options.

You would expect the best availability of customer service representatives on a Friday or Saturday evening, at their busiest times, but no-one is available to answer calls or messages. Restaurants complain, in turn, that no-one from Let’s Eat answers them either. Not the fault of the restaurants.

Good idea, poorly executed. Better alternatives available.
