Let's Stretch

The bell is barely audible. Needs option to pause between stretches.

Great start! 1. Give more time between pisitions. When hear the bell I rush to hit "pause" so I can study the new position or get into it then I push play. 2. Add a "time out" interruption " My phone's lock screen activates during the 6th stretch session and then I don't get a signal the 30 sec is over.

Wow! I used to be trash at the box game. Now, I get so low, no one can stop me! Last time I played they carried me out of the party on their shoulders like Rudy. Love it.
