Excellent service
I noticed if I do my blood test on Monday morning and get it to a UPS pick up center by lunchtime, 90% of the time I have my results by 5 PM Tuesday

QR code did not work, verification code never sent to email, submitted to customer support off website, call number for support, transferred between two departments wanting all information repeatedly, 30 minutes on phone, only to be told to download app and do the whole process over.
Ordered a kit on 11/7/24 and was told it would be 3-5 business days before I received it. Today is now 11/19/24 and I haven’t heard a word from Let’s Get Checked. So I call them and when I finally get someone on the phone, I’m informed that they are completely behind on their orders, have no idea when they will ship me my kit, and in fact, they don’t even have the kits to ship out. They aren’t bothering to update their customers. When I asked for an estimate as to when it might arrive, I was told that it could be another two months or more. I use Let’s Get Checked because it’s supposed to be more convenient than a traditional lab, but this has just been a huge, inconsiderate waste of time for me and thousands of customers dealing with this same issue. A simple update would have gone a long way here, but they couldn’t be bothered since they already had our money. Definitely do not use this company in 2024. Maybe they will figure it out in 2025.
This app is a total joke. The only lab results able to be seen are for tests that you purchase from the company. The lab results for the test my insurance provider sent me that was provided by this company were not able to be accessed. For that matter the website for this company is atrocious as I was unable to access my lab results due to the site erroring out.
But great service when tests are available.
The app is nice and easy to navigate. It pulls data FROM Apple Health, but won’t send your results TO Apple Health (which would make it way more useful if you’re actually trying to compare prior lab results.)
just took my money and didn’t get no response back from nobody they to 49$
It took me 20 minutes to activate the kit. My wifi is working perfectly for every other all.
When I go through my insurance site, I’m routed to LGC and I have my results. What’s the deal?! Makes app and site pointless.
Received an email that my results are in but when I click the link it gives me a 403 error. It’s been 5 days and still unable to see results.
