Letterboxd for iOS puts the popular social network for film lovers on your iPhone or iPad, so you can log films and catch up on your friends’ activity with ease.
Sign in with your existing account (or create one for free) to enjoy our native app interface. These features of the web experience are supported, with more to come:

– Browse popular, highly rated and most anticipated films (including our official list of the Top 250 Narrative Features)

Our app offers account upgrades:

– Pro tier adds annual and all-time stats pages based on your account activity, advanced activity and streaming service filters (including the option to pick and filter by the streaming services you subscribe to, powered by JustWatch.com), list cloning and removes third-party ads.
– Patron tier provides all the benefits of Pro, plus the option to customize film posters, backdrops on your profile and content (if available), additional stats, a listing in the Patrons directory on our website and early access to new features.
– Payment is charged to your iTunes Account when you confirm purchase and your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for a renewal up to 24 hours before the end of each current period, at the same annual fee.
– You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewals in the App Store app following purchase.
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Good but can be better
The app needs a few changes regarding the UI. It feels outdated in some areas and lacks simplicity that imdb has. For example to add movies to your list or to rate them you need to scroll down if you dont have a bigger phone. I think key features such as rating and adding movies to watchlist needs to be very simple and easy to find.
Make it possible to follow actors/directors!
Would be super dope and it sucks that you cant!
GUI meltdown
Great idea that falls flat when the creators assume all their users have iPhone pro max with huge screens. The font size on the reviews is painfully small and there is no setting to change it, making the review function feeling outdated and to be honest, obsolete. Therefore this app is merely a scoreboard for movies for those who are not interested in spending money on a phone the size of a cutting board. Do better, please.

Too many trackers to say no to legitimate interest. If I ask not to be tracked I would expect that to be respected.

i love this app so much and i use it everytime before and after watching a movie<33 but seriously how am i supposed to choose my top 4 favourite movies. please let us pick more😭
Violates GDPR
This app violates GDPR because it opts into vendor-specific tracking by default, and there's no "disable all"-feature. This is a huge problem because the list of vendors is INSANELY LONG. Having to manually uncheck 100+ vendors is NOT compliant with GDPR.
