I canceled my subscription months ago

I canceled my subscription months ago and I am still being charged. Can’t get in contact with anyone can’t log into the account. Can’t find anything is my email. What am I supposed to do?????

Still charging me

i absolutely love Nona but this app is awful. It was glitchy and hard to use. I used it for a few months, cancelled, and it’s STILL CHARGING ME. EVERY MONTH!!! Now it won’t let me login to my account or even reset my password to get in.

Can’t use the app

This is the worst app ever! I can’t use it and its still charging my card and it doesn’t give me an option to cancel!!!!!!!!

Not happy

I thought the app was great itself. I ended up cancelling my subscription in April 2023 because I didn’t want it anymore and i’m still being charged 11.99/ month for some reason (it’s december now). When I try to log back into my old account to check on my subscription plans it says my email is invalid and I have to sign up. very confused and unhappy.

They keep charging my account even tho is canceled

Hi! I’ve downloaded the app a little while ago. It didn’t work out for me so I canceled the subscription. It’s been 3 months and they are still charging me, even though on the app it shows me I don’t have a subscription.

Didn't work

I bought the $12 subscription, it charged my card but it still doesn't let me use the app. I'm extremely disappointed considering the fact that i was excited to use an app that could motivate me to better my lifestyle. I guess it was too good to be true.

How do I cancel my subscription?

So much potential!

I love Nona and the work she does! I love this app but it messes up so much!! Sometimes it just shuts down on its on, or at the end when i click finish it doesn’t submit the work i just did and sometimes it won’t show me the workout at all. I cannot wait till it gets better! There is so much potential here! I will continue to support but this app needs some work! With nothing but love 🫶🏼

Read that people where having trouble with the app still though I would give it a try but NOPE. My mistake still doesn’t work. Freezes & erases your data. I tried turning on off my phone and others things nothing worked. So asked for my monthly refund back since it wasn’t working for me. They said No so…
