Good product
I fought getting a continuous monitor, I’m a professional, I know what I’m doing and my A1C was just borderline so the meds were taking care of it. Then I got one and had real time results. It was in my face when I chose eat chips at night or a pasta dinner. Wow. Small changes they have on the app changed everything. Now I can have pasta as a side dish and more toward the end of the meal. Chips yes but not when I’m hungry and need food. My A1C is lower and I’ve lost 6 pounds because of the Libre 2. Thank you!!
Won’t allow me to. Create my vision.
Just wanted to say thanks to customer service representative Stephanie, for not only helping me reconnect and set up my apps for level two and Abbott for the Libre, but she was so pleasant and patient. Very kind, patient again is the keyword and just supported all the needs I had to get things set up. I do hope you have more good workers like Stephanie because she was premier! Thank you for having good support persons!
Thanks
Love this app!!
I’m so thankful for the support and technology to help manage type 2 diabetes. Knowing my blood sugar levels frequently through the day is helpful and good motivation to stay on track.
The program itself is nice. But, the app is riddled with all sorts of bugs and glitches, like many of UHC’s other apps. The Level2 app constantly and repeatedly experiences an error when I attempt to perform my routine Program Consent and Notice of Privacy Practices agreements. Essentially, I’m left in a situation where - through no fault of my own - I basically cannot continue participating in the Level2 program until this issue is resolved. Apparently, there’s no way to complete these consents over the telephone or online via the Level2 website.
My coach is terrific. The encouragement, understanding and information to resolve issues is unbeatable. My unending frustration is with the Libre freestyle2 sensor that does not stay glued on. The back of the arm seems to be one body area that is prone to interact with shirt sleeves, door edges, wall corners, etc. The glue doesn’t seem strong enough. The glue seems to dissolve. When the sensor falls off the remaining glue won’t even stick to tissue paper.
