It's smart that you added the 8-Way D-Pad, but it seems a little unusual and a little uncomfortable to mess around with since you could accidentally press a wrong button by accident (like when I pressed a diagonal button that helped GR-18 throw an item a way where I didn't want it to be). It be better if you added an option to change the D-Pad into a Circle Pad. Moving with that pad will make things smoother, easier, and more comfortable to control. I thought it would be easier for GR-18 to aim it's item to a position where I would want to land in.
