## Levelise Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "rubbish App"
What a load and of rubbish - the old app actually gave you information Your current app is usefulIf your 5 years old ..

This new update is pathetic- yes you get to see live info but yet that’s it. You still not able to see historic information, which is most helpful when trying to work out when what time of day you produced the most power as well as being able to look back and see when you’re using amounts of power

Come on guys, whoever you paid to make this app has completely fleeced you.

If I could rate the app zero I would ……

### *---- "Useless without real time data"
What an absolutely useless change. The main reason to have an app like this is to monitor solar production in real time and Levelise took it all away. What an absolute joke of a company
-- Tomp1000, 2024-05-09

### *---- "Not helpful at all"
The previous app used to show solar generation, how much power the house is using, how much is going to the battery and how much is going to the grid. This has now been replaced by with a battery percentage and a daily pie chart which doesn’t make sense to me. I have my EV charger app which shows at least some of the info I’m now missing which is now the only way to monitor my consumption and generation. Hope the developers see all the negative feed back and incorporate the old info to keep customers happy.
-- Madbstd, 2024-01-03

### *---- "Now virtually useless"
As a solar and battery user, we need to see the power flow in our home so we can use our energy smartly. Why on earth would you take away real time monitoring? Surely something that looks like every other solar and battery monitoring app (like it used to when it was social energy) would be better than this. Utterly useless.
-- Lil4433, 2024-01-01

### *---- "Terrible update, go back to the old version"
This app is now borderline useless/ lacks any intuitive interface. The previous app was extremely useful in seeing real-time data / knowledge of solar generation to allow daily planning of household consumption. This app eliminates all of that.

Even a small caveat with real-time data on its accuracy would be better than this! The new app/update only gives retrospective insight but again with its terrible interface it’s difficult to understand.

The previous app was simple and informative. This app is complex and lacks useful data.

Change it back please😭😭😭
-- steven_88, 2023-12-19

### *---- "really bad app"
the application does not show how much electricity you are currently using
in the previous case, it was clear how much energy it produces, how much energy you use, you knew that something had to be turned off because you were using too much at a given moment.
there is nothing in this except how much percentage the battery has, a very bad application
-- Jarek chabrer, 2023-12-06

### *---- "Useless ‘upgrade’ forces on us all"
This is a terrible app ‘upgrade’
It has been forced on users as a replacement for the Social Energy app which provided great real-time data on power generation, battery charge and system consumption.
The live information was vital to allow customers to know when to optimise their use of solar / battery usage and whether or not to switch on a dishwasher, washing machine or oven (etc). This information has now been removed and aggregated into a single daily summary. Completely useless.
I have written and complained that it just isn’t good enough…
The historical readings and new layout that are now given are useless.
-- robc33, 2023-12-03

### *---- "Poor replacement for previous Social Energy app"
PLEASE give us back the previous Social Energy app.
Can you listen to all the negative feedback comments others are giving you.
The new Levelise app that you forced on us is rubbish.
Oy doesn’t provide the live energy flow that was useful as it indicated where & how much energy was come from & going to.
This doesn’t even give the charge status of OUR battery.
Chuck this app where it belongs and give back your old one while you bring Levelise up to a useable state.
Also, your logo looks like:
Levelive, not Levelise !
Please let’s have the old app back.
-- AndyR106, 2023-12-02

### *---- "Live Monitoring has disappeared"
This app has less functionality since the rebranding. I can no longer see live monitoring and the import and export values are set to an arbitrary number and cannot be changed. This app now means visibility of my solar panels is almost zero. Will this be addressed? Who can I contact to discuss?
-- PaoloWillente, 2023-12-01

### *---- "Old app was better"
I thought the social energy app wasn’t great but clearly it could have been worse!

Where’s the live data gone?? That was a great and essential part of the old app as it acted as a smart meter for tracking not only solar usage but appliance usage. Been replaced by a battery percentage and daily total usage.

Although I appreciate being able to see historical data which is what I wanted from the old app I would rather have the live data back if it sacrifices that feature!
