After 2 years, the “remote infusion app” that was promised by the manufacturer in multiple other reviews has still not arrived. This is one of the main reasons I and many others purchased the device. Very disappointed in this company for the bait and switch.

I couldn’t access any features of this app to tell you whether it’s decent because their stupid holiday ad that overlays all the pages is broken so you can’t minimize it but you also can’t interact with the page while the little snowflakes from the holiday ad fall all over the page. None of the functionality works whatsoever. What a waste and not a great showing for a $300 appliance.

the times and temps portion of the app does not work. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and still doesn’t work. Very disappointing!

I went to use the oil and herb calculator and the addition of the Xmas snow flakes locked up the app. Get rid of snow flakes and put the app back the way it was, it worked fine!

I love my levo infusion maker , however I do wish the app was Included so I can control it from afar . I was eager to have that feature because my vivsun tent has a feature like that however . I see now that levo are money hungry n only want people to pay for that service n also worst of all it’s not even available on iOS 😑

It’s very hard to read when you got leaves fallen through the article you’re trying to read I mean, I don’t get the whole leaves falling down. It doesn’t make sense to put it in front of a article you trying to read and how do you find just the basic on how to infuse butter.
