They are an overseas brand which is why I understand why they would take so long to ship. However, it took them 2 weeks just for them to get my order ready. Within those two weeks, I sent them a message asking them for an approximate delivery date. They didn’t respond. As a first time customer, this creates a level of insecurity as I know some brands are scams. This also lacks professionalism. If Lewkin was going to take this long to ship and not respond to emails, why try to be an international brand.

The stuff overall are cute just in the app there should be a option to track your order to be able to see ur order you’ll have to download another app. I wish u were able to see the tracking of the package in the app.

Don’t expect them to get answer from email. I sent them email but never got response and no shipping update at all.

So expensive, shipping late and takes ONE months or two weeks just to arrive. I could literally get the same/similar fits from online apps that are cheaper, 0/10 shipping service and expensive for nothing.

Order said it takes 3-7 days to process. Took over 3 weeks to ship. Clothing took about a month to arrive. Thought maybe the company forgot about my order, so I emailed them. They should inform the purchaser better instead of the purchaser having to send an email, thinking their order never processed.

Love the style of Korean fashion design 💘🙇🏻‍♀️. This app is my favorite, app!

I’ve discovered Lewkin from Tracy and I’m so glad I did !! So affordable and such cute clothes !!

I ordered from LEWKIN for the first time after seeing all the cute hauls. The only thing that I was upset with was the tracking. The tracking was pretty behind and even when using the Shop app I wasn’t able to see when my package arrived. After placing my order it was confirmed and tracking said it would be delivered, I decided to email LEWKIN to see why I wasn’t getting any updates about my order after 18 days. But they were very helpful and the second time they said it would be delivered it was. I just wish that LEWKIN and the Shop app would be more updated with the shipping and tracking locations. Other than that I am very happy with my first time purchase. ;)
