You’ll spend hours on the phone listening to awful music whilst no one will ever answer the phone. I must have tried to make contact more than 10 times, after 45 minutes of absolute torture I gave up. This I will add was trying to give them my money and carry on my insurance.  Normally they answer those calls, but no they don’t even answer them. Can you imagine trying to make contact for any other reason? Honestly it’s ridiculous. I can’t even complain about the customer service as I’ve no idea what it’s actually like because I HAVE NEVER EVER GET THROUGH!!!!
