It is a disgrace that a company like Lexus, which prides itself on the customer experience would bend you over and do this to your rear end. If it were possible to give no stars, I would. Can even start car. In Australia not option available. Also have found that the destination it takes you too is incorrect. 25 mins out on one occasion. Not sure if Nav system or Enform but when sent to car using Enform twice wasn't good. Logged a support case with Lexus Aust. Hopefully fix soon. Other than that I give it 1 stars as its handy when on the run.
