I would rate it a zero if I could. -- Rich's Cell, 2026-04-03 ### *---- "Don’t get it" It doesn’t work. It’s been 8 months since I got the car with the camera and the dealer hasn’t been able to fix it yet -- dr zokotroko, 2026-03-13 ### *---- "Very slow" I just installed my dash cam yesterday and tried to preview my recordings and I am not able to view any of my recordings. It only works when downloaded. If I click preview on the downloads tab there is mo way to exit from the video mode screen. I have to close the app and open it again to go to home screen again. The quality brand of Lexus should be across all platforms. Hope I can see some improvements after this review. I bought this because I believe in Lexus brand. Don’t let people rethink and use other brands. -- neiljQ5, 2026-03-11 ### *---- "Completely broken!" Dash cam WiFi connects, but app does not do anything further. -- lqdFROST, 2026-01-18 ### *---- "Doesn’t work with iPhone iOS 17 or above" I posted this preciously but seems to have been removed — this app will not work with any iPhone running iOS 17 or above. Last known iOS that works is iOS 16 and below which is on older iPhones X and below. I have confirmed this with Lexus corporate as a known issue that is still unresolved since I contacted in December 2024 and officially have an unresolved case number issued in July 2025. Now it’s Dec 15 and nx450h+ is back at dealership for oil change and seeing if there’s any firmware updates for the dashcam to fix this known issue! I’m told Android phones work fine just not Apple iPhones! -- BigDaddyGW, 2025-12-15 ### *---- "Complete beat down" Have to connect to a new WiFi to try to download anything and it times out. As someone savvy with tech I find this almost impossible and a complete beat down to get a video off this camera. No way any average person would be able to use this. -- Jj75, 2025-11-09 ### *---- "Doesn’t download videos" It just displays the twirling icon and then the app crashes. This is after fighting with it for 15 minutes just to get it to connect. I can’t describe how disappointed I am after spending $600+ on this. -- michael90808, 2025-11-04 ### *---- "Extremely Disappointing – Don’t Waste Your Money" 0 STARS! I regret buying the Lexus Dashcam. It simply does not work the way it should. In order to even view recordings, I have to disconnect my Apple CarPlay, which is a huge inconvenience. The system is unbearably slow—live view never loads, and most of my files won’t load at all. I can’t just log into the app to check recordings because nothing shows up there. Instead, I’m forced to connect directly to the dashcam, and even then, only a few recordings actually load. For the high price I paid, this is by far the worst money I’ve spent. The product is unreliable, frustrating, and not worth the cost. Lexus should stand behind their product and offer refunds because I would gladly return this dashcam if I could. -- Calibest1, 2025-09-30 ### *---- "Worst app ever" Who is working on this app? Please hire professionals -- pt-2023, 2025-09-27 ### *---- "Terrible App" Connecting to the dash cam through the app is frustrating. Sometimes it works on the fifth try and sometimes it never connects. Huge waste of time and money. -- Moji Dande, 2025-09-21 [View all Lexus Integrated Dashcam reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Lexus Integrated Dashcam - [OvrC Connect](https://apptail.io/app/ovrc-connect-qwi/united-states) - [THINKWARE CLOUD](https://apptail.io/app/thinkware-cloud-yZxb/united-states) - [ECP Claims](https://apptail.io/app/ecp-claims-Femd/united-states) - [Toyota Integrated Dashcam](https://apptail.io/app/toyota-integrated-dashcam-FXGd/united-states) - [Toyota Dashcam Viewer](https://apptail.io/app/toyota-dashcam-viewer-bTNd/united-states) - [THINKWARE CONNECTED](https://apptail.io/app/thinkware-connected-mzAe/united-states) - [Lexus Dashcam Viewer](https://apptail.io/app/lexus-dashcam-viewer-XCDj/united-states) - [KARR Security](https://apptail.io/app/karr-security-Zjrk/united-states) - [PowerProbe Link](https://apptail.io/app/powerprobe-link-qTxp/united-states) - [HSVUTIL](https://apptail.io/app/hsvutil-Uexw/united-states) ## Lexus Integrated Dashcam Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/lexus-integrated-dashcam-fVmd/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/lexus-integrated-dashcam-fVmd/canada) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/lexus-integrated-dashcam-fVmd/mexico) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/lexus-integrated-dashcam-fVmd/taiwan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
