Introducing the new Lexus Link+ , a set of connected and remote services designed to make life easier for owners of a connectable Lexus model.

Communicate and manage your car wherever you are using the Lexus Link+ app on your smartphone. Find your car, precondition your car’s cabin temperature remotely, optimise your driving style, receive driving analytics, service reminders and maintenance notifications – and so much more.

- SAVE TIME FINDING YOUR CAR: Forgot where you parked your Lexus? Locate it easily with Find My Car.¹

- SPOT YOUR CAR IN A CROWD: Can’t find your Lexus in a busy car park? Tap Hazard Lights to quickly locate it with a flash of your car’s hazard lights. ¹

- DRIVE MORE EFFICIENTLY: Enjoy personalised Hybrid Driving Coaching on how you can drive your Hybrid car to its full capability based on previous journeys, reduce your fuel consumption and track your progress over time.¹

Vital information related to actual power consumption of the ev is wholly missing. Also linking with other apps such as ABRP is de facto not working leading to chaotic and inaccurate route planning. 
The most important support to an ev driver is fully missing, including dynamic charge power, remaining total fast charge power available for day, and linking to charge networks etc. After 2000km of actual ev driving, looking back it shows that other apps where doing  the job for me, in strong conjunction with my own observations/calculations. 
Point is, here is really a space for vital improvement (both to ensure ev customer peace of mind, and to retain as app user).

Not good. 

Among annoying things :
- the app does not launch with a default registered car but offers to add new cars instead; like you buy a new Lexus every day...
- remote door unlocking is impossible because the alarm is on. 
- remote window locking gives contradicting messages (failure status vs. Success pop-up notification). So you have to walk to the car to be sure. 
- every single status update requires a manual refresh. 
- clicking on any option the integrated map offers redirects you to Apple Maps (not exactly a reference). 
- no route planner with charging options. 
- impossible to register to Lexus Charging solutions (payment validation process stalls)
- no user manual available. 

Honestly, if you combine this with the whole Toyota experience, you feel overwhelmed. I'm saying Toyota because the Lexus after-sales is just absent in Belgium.
