Sehr unhöfliche Mitarbeiter die kaum Deutsch sprechen. Das Gespräch wird abrupt ohne Hinweis beendet obwohl der Vorgang nicht abgeschlossen ist. Technisch schlecht umgesetzt, Verbindung kann nicht aufgebaut werden obwohl ich im WLAN war. Bin froh wenn ich sie nie wieder benötige. Bin von Lexware was anderes (besseres) gewohnt.
