Die Lexware Scan App verwandelt Ihr iPhone oder iPad in einen Scanner, der in jede Tasche passt. 

Lexware macht Buchhaltung so einfach wie nie! Ob Sie Angebote erstellen,  Rechnungen schreiben, Kunden verwalten oder Ihre Steuererklärung vorbereiten wollen: mit Lexware haben Sie alle Funktionen in einem Programm. Dafür benötigen Sie keine Buchhaltungs-Kenntnisse oder umfangreiche Schulungen.

Darüber hinaus gibt es zahlreiche Zusatzfeatures, die derzeit einzigartig auf dem Markt sind, wie dem integrierten Online-Banking, welches offene Rechnungen automatisch abgleicht und die Bankvorgänge den jeweiligen Belegen zuordnet.

Eigentlich alles super, wenn die App nicht hin- und wieder Belege einfach nicht speichern würde. Nutze die App seit mehreren Jahren, und hatte das Problem schon mal - habe aber damals den Fehler bei mir vermutet. Jetzt kann ich aber Fehler meinerseits ausschließen: War auf einer längeren Geschäftsreise, habe alle Belege gescannt und gespeichert. Als ich dann wieder zuhause war und die App öffnen wollte, war ich nicht eingeloggt, musste 2FA über die lexoffice App machen und zu meinem Erschrecken waren alle Belege der Reise weg. War wohl irgendwie zwischenzeitlich ausgeloggt. Die Belege werden scheinbar auch nicht lokal zwischengespeichert. Da ich papierbelege hasse und die App sonst meist zuverlässig funktioniert, schmeiße ich die original Belege nach dem Scan sofort in den Müll. War blöd. Jetzt habe ich tausende Euro Ausgaben ohne zugehörige Belege. Danke lexoffice.

App tut was sie soll, leider keine Möglichkeit mit mehreren Accounts eingeloggt zu sein. Somit muss ständig neu eingeloggt werden, bevor der Scan durchgeführt werden kann

Seit dem vorletzten Update funktioniert die automatische Belegerkennung in 9/10 Belegen nicht. Es muss dann alles manuell zugeschnitten werden.
Wie auch beim „normalen“ lexoffice ist hier festzustellen: es wird kontinuierlich mit jedem Update schlechter. Die Leute haben wohl keinen Bock, vor dem Rollout eines Updates mal ordentlich zu testen. Das zieht sich wirklich wie ein roter Faden durch…
