## LF Care Description
This mobile application is designed to provide individuals living with chronic conditions due to the neglected tropical disease lymphatic filariasis (LF)—including lymphedema and hydrocele—with an innovative tool to proactively self-report their health status to the Ministries of Health in Haiti or the Dominican Republic.
