Alexa connectivity problem
Giving 2 stars only because I love Lg products. Although the LG’s web site claims that one can access the WiFi enabled AC through Alexa Echo devices, I am not able to link the lg ThinQ with Alexa even trying all the steps mentioned on the website. Dear developers please look into the matter. Will update my review as soon as this issue is resolved by the developers. Writing this review on 21st July 2024. Quick response is highly anticipated. Don’t buy LG freeze 674 L ever. LG freeze always I have to raised complaint of cooling. There is issue with this 674 L model
Dysfunctional app
To slow to respond and can’t recognize the device. – Thanks for responding. Reinstalling an app is the oldest trick in the books and I did try that. Still nothing. It can’t pull up the login page now, says the page cannot be loaded.

Every detailing is given in this app. Managing the device smartly has become so easy. Thanks team LG…
LGThinq App
Listen privately is not working properly after updating the application.
Too many apps
LG tried to consolidate apps but still a long way to go. We have LG ThinQ which integrates predominantly with TV and few other categories like AC, washer, refrigerator etc. But there is another app called ThinQ TV for TV remote. Then LG soundbar for controlling music systems n home theatre. Question is Q (q in Hindi means why) Why so many apps from one brand. Why can’t you build one app which can talk to all devices? Make this easy for customers !!!!!!!!
Useless Application
This App is useless, the feature of SMART DIAGNOSTIC doesn’t works and whenever you run diagnostics, it shows everything fine. Even when there are lots of issues with the AC. Useless and very much disappointing application by LG.
