What’s the point of having a app and still have to manually turn on the washer plus have to click on the connect button. App is so dumb that it don’t refresh itself. Have to go in and out of the washer to get the updated status. Have so many option yet cannot change any setting only can use preset setting. What a dumb app!!
After recent update, the ThinQ app is unable to connect my aircon to google home anymore.
App don’t work once outside home wifi. I’m on latest iOS so must be App not able to work in latest iOS.

Without the y-axis. The energy monitoring is useless.
Unable to control dishwasher via internet. If I forget to set the dishwasher before I leave home, I have no way to do so until I reach home.
Function now not working after recent update! The estimated remaining time just remained same as when the laundry in washer started & already into rinsing cycle. Time remaining still does not count-down.
Not sure why it’s not working well on the latest iOS. It’s just a blank page after clicking the washer.
