This app is mostly fine but it’s so frustrating when you’re looking for a book and it doesn’t appear in the search results. In OverDrive I used to be able to request a book my library didn’t have and then they would sometimes acquire it. Now, the book just doesn’t appear, even when I do a ‘deep search’, so I can’t request books for my library to acquire and I have to find some other way of getting these books. 
I also think the tagging system is clunky and difficult to understand and use.

I’m a huge reader but have become a big audiobook listener as well. Libby gives me access to audiobooks for free with my library card and as everyone knows, having fun isn’t hard with a library card! The listening interface feels standard for audiobook listening and ebooks are able to be sent to your chosen e-reader easily. I genuinely cannot think of a reason not to use Libby
