I listen or read about 5 books at a time. What an awesome app! Great for flights and kids! Access to magazines and periodicals too. There’s also something special about returning a really good book early when you know someone else has been waiting weeks for it. I wish I could tell them, YOU’RE GONNA LOVE IT! IT’S WORTH THE WAIT!

I loved this app. I curated lots lists with tags: a want to read list, a read and loved list, a put down list. So much history in there! And then my phone crashed and I’ve lost it all. What app doesn’t have a way to SIGN IN AND SAVE YOUR HISTORY? Yes, there’s a way you can import it if you use Libby on multiple phones or devices. What if you don’t? This is just terrible. I am devastated.

I love, lOve, LOVE LIBBY!!! It’s so packed with great titles from books to mags to audiobooks to comics. And it seems too good to be a simple “public” library app. It’s has all the great functions of the big name ereaders and just as well or better designed. I love how informed it keeps you about where you are in a book and how far along you are and when you might finish. Not too mention the “skip the line feature which (not sure how they do” lets you get a book instead of waiting 18 weeks. I also enjoy being able to have so much of the library at my fingertips. I’ve only had about 3 books not be available through the app. Then there’s al favorite magazines and even some special editions that I didn’t know existed. Is a truly great app and experience.

I’ve been using this app (previously overdrive) for 5+ years and always have books on my shelf - I absolutely love love love it!!!  It’s easy to use and allows me access to 3 different library systems that I have library cards with. 

Would give it 5 stars but I have 2 suggestions that would make it fantastic:

1.  Allow tags to be seen across devices. I create and utilize the tagging system for every book that I consider borrowing and have borrowed. When I travel and use my iPad vs my iPhone, I can not see nor sort by the tags.
2.  Book rating sort and filter feature. It’s hard to find the ratings and being able to filter by rating would be awesome.

 Bottom line: Thanks for developing this app, I’m grateful to be able to choose from a large selection of audiobooks, through my libraries, without paying for them.

The Libby app is great for audio books if you want to save money. I haven’t had many issues with the app. The only thing is you have to wait for many of the popular titles. Some are long waits, some are short. That’s the only downside.

Such an under-used service and it’s FREE!! I wish more people understood how EASY it is to get a library card, add LIBBY and start reading (or listening) to whatever you want! 
LIBRARY HACK:
Don’t like waiting for the popular stuff? Get multiple library cards! 
Inquire at your local branch about what other libraries they have “reciprocal services” with (or do a Google search) and sign up for as many of those libraries as you’re able!! 
Add them to your Libby account. 
You’ll increase your options AND decrease your wait-time exponentially!! Win-win!
