## Liberty Bank and Trust Company Reviews in United States

### *---- "App not working"
I’ve used this for a long while and enjoyed doing so. In the last week when you click on it it disappears and takes you right back to iPhones apps. I deleted totally and reloaded a new app and it’s still doing it. Not happy- please fix!
-- Linda in KC, 2023-04-11

### *---- "Can’t use any more"
I have used this app on an iPhone for nine years, but this week it no longer works. Up until then I would have given five stars as I do most of my banking this way. Please fix this problem. I may not be the only bank customer having this problem.
Thanks for your attention to this problem.
-- Yancy's girl, 2023-04-09

### *---- "App will not open"
With the update of iOS 16.4.0, the app no longer opens. Frustrating as you have to go online to view balance of other banking features.
-- KeeLew27, 2023-04-08

### ***** "Banking made fast and easy"
I enjoy the online app with Liberty Bank. It makes my banking process, fast and easy.
-- icJesus, 2023-01-27

### *---- "old"
very antiquated!!! can't lock your card in these crime days. so much you can't do when others are offering more
-- 504menotu, 2023-01-10

### *---- "Technology"
They need to upgrade the technology
-- customer 12387, 2021-11-24

### **--- "Touch ID/Facial Recognition"
Touch ID/Facial Recognition often stops although selected for login..have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling app for it to begin working again and that does not always solve the problem
-- ChrissyT1986, 2021-02-10

### ***** "Slow bank"
I opened a new account and it is a long time for things to process. I also still not received my debit card after 12 business days over two weeks counting weekends. I also had an issue with my direct deposit not being available until a business day after it was posted.
-- neeOF3, 2020-08-29

### ***-- "Mobile deposit"
How can I activate my mobile deposit?
-- akalmand, 2019-01-25

### ***-- "Great bank. Horrible app."
Cannot transfer funds. Cannot cash checks. No instant slide balance.

Needs upgrade. Nice people inside bank though.
