## Liberty Live Reviews in Canada

### **--- "Slow to load, other improvements"
I shouldn’t have to wait so long for this app to load upon opening…users are trying to disarm quickly before opening and running out their door. There should be a widget to dis/arm on phone’s Home Screen. Also, bad design: the OK button to press to remove pop up boxes (ie open windows end of/bypass) button is dangerously close to the panic button below it. If I’m bypassing multiple windows and press repeatedly on the pop up OK, I sometimes almost press the panic button by accident. Also, make it possible in the app to change the email address which the huge amount of end of bypass emails are sent daily- one for each window, now my inbox is full.

### *---- "Terrible"
We were robbed and of course the cameras didn’t catch it, trying to find the date and time and now my camera is down and I can’t watch the replay! Terrible terrible service
-- Mandabjcaldex, 2025-08-24

### ***-- "Liberty App"
Mediocre
-- Shaksey, 2025-03-25

### ***** "Awesome"
Love the customer service and how much we feel safe and it’s easy to use!
-- jolene.r.peters, 2024-11-29

### *---- "AWFUL SINCE OWNERSHIP CHANGED"
Forces you to do two-factor security, logs you out every 5 minutes, rubbish new interface!! FARCICAL DISASTER!!!!
-- Robraph, 2024-11-03

### ***** "Easy to use"
Very easy to use.
-- Joecup, 2024-10-27

### *---- "Garbage sound"
The sound on this app is terrible, I get no sound or shotty sound during my payback. Do not go with liberty.
-- Aaron2025#, 2024-10-14

### *---- "Worst system ever"
Liberty is the worst system ever, NO Tech Support at ALL after hours
Shame on you for charging an exuberant amount of money for horrific service.
-- Llakdjjrimxnhrhd, 2023-11-18

### **--- "Not the best app"
The app is not really use friendly. It also takes a lot of time for the app to Ipsen the cameras when we get a notification that a person or animal has passed in front of the camera. A lot of times the camera does open, it if it opens it takes almost 3-4 minutes to open. The camera at times do not respond. At times they do not record. The app is very slow overall. Wouldn't recommend this app & Liberty security.
-- Hrishi K, 2023-09-18

### *---- "So frustrating to make rules"
Its been weeks and hours on the phone trying to get the system to operate like it should. The automation/ rules are brutal to set. I regret getting liberty as their app is impossible to navigate
