The app does not update cases in time. Orders don’t update on their own. have to manually refresh app several times.  
But the biggest problem is their customer support they behave like bots and don’t resolve issues. 
Best to look for some other service or do it urself

Extremely poor performance and full of glitches . The company has been charging premium rates for below par service. Cases don’t get added to the data base despite multiple attempts and most cases do not appear in My Case on the particular date without one actually opening the matter to update the date. It is extremely disappointing to see how poorly the Libra (eCourts) system is functioning. The platform shows my matter listed before the wrong court, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one from the technical or administrative side has cared to respond — neither by email nor over the phone.

As a practising advocate, I rely on the system for accurate listings and cause-lists. When such basic errors occur and remain unaddressed for days, it seriously disrupts professional work and affects litigants’ interests. What is more frustrating is the complete silence and irresponsibility from those managing the portal — nobody answers calls, nobody provides updates, and there is zero accountability.

The app is run by a completely incompetent team and there are glitches, missed cases, non updation of orders everyday. Upon being confronted, their low level employees such as Imran and Anju make extremely pathetic excuses. However, when the excuses are exhausted, they start misbehaving and belittling the customer. The standard of their response can be gauged from the fact that in case of their inability to update any case, they never accept fault and instead blame the court website. Similarly, for non integration of google calender, they blame google and refuse to accept their fault. This app is an absolute joke. Calling it a case management app is laughable
