## Libraries Hawaii Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Reinstalled to resolve login problem"
I put in the wrong pin when I tried logging into my account the first time. After that, the app kept giving login error messages, even though I corrected my mistake.

I deleted and reinstalled the app, then put in my correct info, and then the app let me log in. I’m happy it worked eventually!
-- burpingyazoo, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Website is useless"
Most of the time I am unable to login. It times out or I get an error message. Now it is preventing me from borrowing digital books via Libby because the app can’t connect the website. Extremely frustrating!
-- Konagirl60, 2024-11-28

### *---- "So frustrating"
Can’t log in with my saved card number and PIN. No way to reset it. Basically stuck on the login and can’t get past it.
-- criticalsurfRN, 2024-11-24

### **--- "Renew problems"
I used to be able to renew my books through this app and that was great. But now for the last year it has not let my. It just says one or more of my books can not be renewed. I enjoyed using this app before though.
-- L mahalo, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Login issues…….STILL."
This app is stupid! I never had a problem with the old version, even with toggling between two accounts. But now, I’ve never been able to log into either my account or my son’s account. So inconvenient. Please fix!!!!
-- kookiekookiekoo, 2024-08-05

### *---- "App Not Functional"
Users of the app were informed several months ago that the app’s original developer, a third party, and HSPLS were in some sort of disagreement. The best features of the app were disabled essentially msking the app of little use to library patrons. The app should either be redeveloped into something useful or taken off the App Store.
-- Aloha.boy, 2024-08-03

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Loved the old version of this app. That one has since become obsolete and I was told this is what the library is currently using. My card number and pin is correct, however I’m having issues logging in. I can log in properly to the regular website, but this app is saying to check my card number or pin.
-- Taylorb12345678910, 2024-06-04

### *---- "Log in does not work and no tech support"
I can log in on the website but the app does not accept the same log in credentials. I tried to select contact developer but https://chilifresh.comhome/contact-us/ does not go anywhere.
-- rayann, 2024-04-12

### *---- "Log in errors!!!"
My old Hawaii library app stopped working, and I saw a new version needed to be downloaded. However, i keep getting login errors when I try to log in. Confirmed the account login works on my desktop browser.
-- bonifide22, 2024-03-29

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Fix app
